I found this low mint state quarter which seems to be in around ms 62-63 what do you guys think?

I found a strange coin in my change

I was looking through my change and I found this. It has an eagle on both sides. It turned out to be legit, it weighed and sounded correctly. I have no idea when the errors were made.
