Close AM on 1999 Lincoln penny

I have 2 of these pennys that have the close AM but one has a D mint mark and the other doesn’t have a mint mark

In 1999 the Close AM is the more common find. There were some strikes with the proof reverse die which had the WIDE AM. Those are more rare and would be found on the Philadelphia minted cents from 1998, 1999, and 2000.
