Mercury dime 1945

My first Mercury, got it from CoinStar few days ago. Looks like been some kind of a medalion. Bdw I strongly dislike circulating US coins and find them ugly. they really are neat coins, i have 5 or 6 of those. Ive bought a couple and received a few in change from 7-11 lol
