Better late than never.

Almost two years ago I bought a limited edition “knights of the coin table” coin which is over struck on an Eisenhower dollar by coin expert and minter Daniel Carr. It was purchased on November 1st 2024. Unfortunately it was lost in shipping without a trace so I received my money back and gave up on finding it. 640 days later it showed up in the system and was delivered to me. Nov 2nd 2024 it was given to the postal service and it showed up in my mailbox August 1st 2026. The coin was received in perfect condition and with no explanation of where it was. I contacted the seller who sold it to me to pay for it again but he said it was written off as a loss and that I should keep it. Reluctantly I agreed. What an incredible story behind this coin I found to add to my Dan Carr collection. I’m just glad it wasn’t lost forever. Thanks for reading my story!
