1994 D DDO? BIE? Close AM?

Hey newbie here, can someone tell me if this is a ddo, strikethrough I THINK I see errors on obverse and reverse so I wanted to ask the experts ☺️

By no means an expert but the only thing I see is a possible die crack above the date. Hard to see in the image if it’s damage or a raised mark. A little strike doubling on the Liberty. No BIE. And the 1992 d is the close AM (proof reverse) coin you are looking for. Or the 1998,1999,2000 (Philly mint) wide AM (proof reverse)
