Proof 1891 Indian

PCGS labeled as Questionable Color. I am no expert but I am thinking it looks pretty authentic color pattern. Picked it up for $75 including auction premium and shipping.

I have one that a friend gave me she actually lives on the street here in Hawaii. She washed it with coke! It’s a 1895.

That’s still a pretty coin.

Well. After further research it does look like the surface was treated with something. MS-70 or brightener of some sort. (Sad face). But still… at 50% value on an Unc proof puts me at about double value on my investment.
