What is this coin?

I got this coin from a foreign collection, didn’t know what it was but thought it looked neat! I’ve tried looking this up but have had no luck. Could you help me identify this coin?

I just tried looking it up on Numista and couldn’t find it. I tried photo search and a discription, neither worked.

Egypt 2/10 Qirsh - Mehmed V can’t see the characters on the coin clearly enough but look on numista.com and search for it. Scroll down and you can look at the characters to narrow down/pinpoint a date.

Well the character in the center is an Arabic 2. I would venture a guess that it was Northern Africa or Middle East. Egypt, Lybia, Oman, Sudan. You have an image of the obverse?
