WOW. Not sure what is going on??? Or how it would have been pressed that way. Part of the lettering covered by Lincoln’s lapel and the other over the top!?! Plus the first letter looks like an L so wouldn’t be the RICA from America. And it’s Mirrored. This coin doesn’t make any sense! Definitely worth a submission to PCGS.
