1960 penny

Anyone know if this is a 1960 large or small date ?

Looks to me like a Large date 1960-D.

If it was Ms 70 it would of sold for $900 because population is lower at higher grades then low grades

It look like au58 cheeks are somewhat warned down but it is a nice coin sells about $2.50-5 in au-58
