in this situation, you need to click on All coins, then click on the swith next to the coin u want to disable

if u want to hide coin that is part of the app. cliclk on All coins on the top of coins view. tap on the switch right from coin u want to hide

if you have added coin and want to delete or edit it. you need to swith view to list view. can be done by clicking on wrench icon in top right corner in coin view and tapping on list view. then tap on three dots, right from coin u want to delete

when i do what you said and click on the 3 dots, the only option for me to do anything is “report”. nothing about editing a coin off of a list
