Does anyone know if this has any value?

I have no knowledge about this, what do friends think, will it have a value greater than 25c?

There are some people out th ere that collect Mint errors. Laminations/struck thru grease/plating error maybe in this quarter. Without physical examination it’s hard to tell if it’s from the mint or environmental damage. But if it is indeed mint damage I would say it does have a little premium to it. Maybe a couple bucks.
