Can any one explain

Have this 1966 quarter u can see the reverse in the obverse mainly the wings

This is not it, I do not see it. Maybe a grease strike on the last didget of the date but its not very valuable

Look up coin ghosting aka Progressive Indirect Design Transfer. Repeated strikes on the same die causes the impression over time of the obverse/reverse to show thru the opposing side. More common on coppers.
