It would be nice if coins appeared in the conventional order of coin albums and the Red Book, with Philadelphia first, followed by the other mint marks in alphabetical order. This would improve correspondence between the app and the industry standards in publications and albums.

When you reffering to Phili do you mean it as some kind of special mint that always go first or it it because there is no mark and blank goes first?

Regardless of whether there is a mint marl or not, Philadelphia minted coins always appear first in reference books and albums. The Philadelphia Mint is the primary mint and the others are branches of the Mint, so Philadelphia is always listed to reflect this hierarchy. This is true of cents (ehich generally don’t have a P mint mark, or any P-minted coins prioe to 1979) as well as those that actually have a P mint mark.
